Use of the “Profile” section to track STAR balances
The STARAwards® program is available only to self-operating colleges or universities located in the United States of America. When you register with the STARAwards® program, specific personal information is required. Failure to provide accurate information may result in termination of STARAwards® program participation, revocation of earned STARs and cancellation of certain accounts provided to the college or university in conjunction with STARAwards® program membership and participation. Decisions on terminations, revocations, and/or cancellations are solely at the discretion of iMarlin LLC.
Use of the American Express branded incentives card to deliver STARs to your college/university
The STARAwards® program goal is to support professional development in higher education. The STARAwards® program delivers benefits to members via the American Express branded incentives card, an easy-to-use and flexible option. As a user, you agree, if requested, to supply copies of your monthly American Express branded incentives card statements to STARAwards® program headquarters to ensure compliance with the stated intents of the STARAwards® program goals. iMarlin LLC reserves the right to cancel membership and/or deny future membership to any individual or college/university employee found to be violating the spirit of the program or found to be using the American Express branded incentives card for personal benefit.
Card Terms and Conditions for the American Express branded incentives card are provided to appropriate STARAwards® program members, such as the Foodservice Director, at each college or university at account inception. iMarlin LLC, its sponsors, affiliates and subsidiaries or partners have no governance over the Card Terms and Conditions.
Other mechanisms for delivering rewards to your college or university will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use of those programs as developed by those service providers, if utilized.

Transfer of U.S. Foodservice Purchase Data
I acknowledge that by accepting the terms and conditions of use for this web site, I authorize US Foodservice to provide my qualifying STARAwards® program purchase data directly to the STARAwards® web site and subsequently my STARAwards® account. I understand that I must provide my US Foodservice customer numbers for use by STARAwards® to request purchase data for my college/university during the STARAwards® program year. I acknowledge that maintaining the accuracy of the US Foodservice customer numbers on this web site is my sole responsibility based on any rules set forth by the Foodservice Director(s). I agree to submit requests for customer number updates directly to STARAwards® in the form of a US Foodservice distributor invoice that clearly lists the college/university name and customer number to be adjusted and the adjustment being requested. I acknowledge that any disputes regarding the accuracy of the purchase data reflected in my STARAwards® account must be addressed by requesting a printed purchase velocity report from my US Foodservice Sales Representative. Disputes should be documented on the velocity report and then submitted to STARAwards and US Foodservice for verification. I understand that all qualifying purchases not made through US Foodservice remain my sole responsibility according to the proof-of-performance processes managed by STARAwards®.
